Best Hainanese Chicken Rice???

Who deserves to get my first post about Singapore food. I was thinking of a lot of things.. Chili crab? Char Kway Teow? Hokkien Mee? Fish Head Curry? Or Chicken Rice? Well, the most accesible and the most number of Hawker Stall here in the country is a Hainanese Chicken Rice stall.
So my search for the best one is on.. and here is the winner base on my research. Well, Anthony Bourdain also has a huge contribution to it:)
Located in the Central District of Singapore. In Between Chinatown and Tanjong Pagar. Lies MAxwell food Center. And ehre you can find an unassuming Hainanese chicken Ruce stall named TIAN-TIAN.
What maked their chicken rice special.
The Chicken is cooked very well, tender, juicy meat, easily eaten. The Chicken is not so fat also. Just right
The Rice is still top nothc , because it is just cooked so welll that the grains are still intact and not mushy.
The sauces are also self made..except for the sweet thick soy sauce.
Everything was just harmonious.
I envy people who can eat this everyday.
Warning: expect to queue if you are going on peak hours.. also.. they are closed on Mondays
