Another Stall in Tanjong Pagar that is raking in the customers.. having a different concept do sometimes help as people tend to be tired of eating the same cuisine all the time. This Japanese Stall I think is one of the first Japanese stall in a hawker center.
Serving 11 different items, He tries to do it as fast as possible yet maintaining cleanliness and quality.Ordered the Chicken Teriyaki don 4.50SGD comes with miso soup. This was a big meal. Huge bowl of good quality Japanese rice.
The chicken piece was also quite substantial. I didn’t like it though that he has to use batter to fry the chicken,
I would prefer the chicken either just grilled or pan fried with just flour to make it crispy. But the teriyaki sauce was delicious.
The miso soup aint that bad also.
Now, am looking forward to try other Japanese stall in other hawker centers
