The size of the fish was substanstial, the fries were fried upon orderd. I like that they have malt vinegar. But I still prefer my fish and chips cooked with beer batter than this kind. Which was coated in bread crumbs. I find this frying method to crispy and the inside is not as moist as the beer batter method.
How about you guys...???
